Everyone at this location appears to be incredibly knowledgeable about makeup and skincare. They always select the perfect colors and skincare products for me. I feel like a valued member of the family when I visit, not just a number. All of these girls are fantastic!

I went to Merle Norman Cosmetics for a makeover for my 40th birthday, hoping to feel beautiful, but I left feeling worse about myself. The consultant repeatedly made negative comments about my appearance. She said I had an “odd complexion,” criticized my dry skin at length, and dismissed my concerns about dark under-eye circles, saying, “but they are just so dark.” I have seen much darker circles perfectly covered elsewhere. She was very stingy with the makeup, almost as if she did not want to use any product, and on top of that, I was pressured into buying a moisturizer I did not even want. Overall, the experience was discouraging and far from the enjoyable, confidence-boosting makeover I expected. I would not recommend this location.

Every visit to MN is always pure pleasure and fun. Hannah, Patty and Victoria are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and take their time with me, showing different shades of eyeshadow sticks, blush and lipsticks that will look complimentary with my skin tone. I always feel welcome and at home when I walk thru the door.

I am always so impressed by this stores team. They are so knowledgeable and understand all skin types . Will not go anywhere else for my skin care needs Thank you to the Perrysburg team, you never disappoint.
