The manager was very helpful and and knowledgeable about everything Merle Norman. They not only sell makeup but they also apply it. The beauty salon in the back was well-organized neat and clean. I was surprised to see men apparel for such a great deal. I highly recommend this place stop in.

Jennifer and Misty were so incredibly patient with me when I went to get color matched. And when I mean patient I’m telling you PATIENT. Nothing compared to Ulta and Sephora. It was soo good that I had to bring in my sister and once again, kindest most professional people I’ve met at a makeup store. Not only did they go above and beyond and help me with all my questions and concerns but their makeup is AMAZING. Jennifer really helped me personalize my makeup routine. Thank you I mean it from the bottom of my heart, we all as ladies know how much our face with skin concerns can take a toll on you but thanks to these ladies it’ll get so much better.

This was one of the best experiences I've had going to a spa, the facial and back facial were everything, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. She really took her time. The products used smelled great and were very gentle on my skin. I will definitely be going back.

I have been using Merle Norman products for years. I like shopping at the downtown Salisbury and Kannapolis locations. They always have plenty of products and also very cute jewelry and clothing. The staff is always super friendly. I love shopping here!

Love coming here! They have such cute clothes including simply southern! The ladies here are super sweet. I highly highly recommend.
