I have been to this shop three times. I came here because a friend told me she was great and that she doesn’t grip your edges. The first two times were great. This last time was not so great. I did not get this experience today. I’m very disappointed. When I tried to speak to Ms Meri, she was not professional with me at all. She told me I should have sent pictures of what I wanted and I would need to pay her to fix it. The first pictures are the first time I got my hair done. The last four are when I got it done today.

My braids turned out beautiful, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. The environment was clean and welcoming, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’ve received so many compliments!
