I just had one of their technicians come out and fix my washing machine today. Amazing service! Speedy and affordable. The technician was very knowledgeable. Since this was such a good experience, I will step foot inside the business and take a look at some new appliances. I’m planning on replacing a few of mine. I’m extremely satisfied.

The sales representative was wonderful to work with—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, our experience at the warehouse was disappointing. The gentleman who assisted us was unprofessional and rude, and we ultimately had to load our appliances ourselves. This part of the experience fell short of expectations.

I was able to purchase a Speed Queen dryer and pick it up in under 20 . The staff was friendly and fast. I was surprised at the selection of in stock appliances and options.
