I’ve been coming to this salon for about 20 years. I used to come here frequently when my hair was permed but I went back natural. I still come sometimes when I want to wear my hair straight and Maria gets me all the way together. They accept walk ins and there may be a bit of a wait even on weekdays. Jenny detangled my hair well and gave me such a good wash that I started dozing off. Maria blew my hair out, flat ironed it and trimmed my ends. Maria has been my go to for years. I prefer someone who takes their time to detangle my curls and knots the right way because I’ve experienced “hair dressers” who can’t. Unprofessional and needs to do better. If you come in for a hair appointment don’t plan on leaving out hours later as they prioritize certain clients over others. This is not how you run a business. Do better because if you continue to do this you guys will lose clients.

Don't even waste your time and go here. I visit my child grandparents on the weekends and always rushing back to queens to my salon. Grandma suggested to go here to get my hair done. Signed my name and told the I'm there for a wash and set. Sat there for a good hour and a half due to there were clients before I arrive. During this time they were there chatting with each other and the glass cleaner- who wasn't even doing a good job-and i guess having lunch. When I got up to leave they were telling me five mins. I just left. Never again will I waste my time.

Customer service was great, My hairstylist made sure I got the exact style i wanted. Price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies.

absolutely beautiful service the woman are so nice here and the results are worth every penny. i have 4C hair and when i revert my hair from having a blowout i see no heat damage.
