This was an incredible massage. Michael kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I feel completely renewed - my back is straight, my body feels light, and there’s such freedom in movement. As someone who works at a computer for long hours, this was truly the best gift I could give my body. It’s a professional, therapeutic massage - there were moments I had to take deep breaths to get through it, but it was absolutely worth it. I received a Swedish massage from Michael that exceeded my expectations. He was kind and professional. You can tell he was passionate about his craft. He adjusted his pressure if he noticed I was uncomfortable due to sore or tight muscles, which I greatly appreciated. I was stretched afterwards to alleviate lower back pain and hamstring tightness, something I’ve never received before from massages elsewhere. I am looking forward to adding this to my self-care routine. I will definitely be back!

Redza has amazing knowledge of the human body and has effectively healed my torn labrum in my hip over 3 months of her deep tissue orthopedic massage. I now live in Florida but return to see her for “tune ups” whenever possible. Seriously, it’s worth it. She will improve your condition.
