Quality is an understatement of what Mercedes does. She has been doing my eyebrows for 5 years and has transformed me from patchy over plucked eyebrows to eyebrows that compliment my bone structure and make me feel beautiful. Y’all I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time! She is amazing sweet, gave me tips on hair growth, and actually cares about each individual client. Every appointment I have I’m greeted warmly, if I’m cold I’m offered a blanket, and to top it all off with new services that make me nervous like lash lifts/tints. (I’m a anxious person in general) She takes her time to explain in detail what she is doing and makes sure I am comfortable the entire time. Very professional and friendly experience! Mercedes is very knowledgeable about different skin and facial hair types and provides lots of services that she customizes to fit you. I would recommend her to everyone I know and am absolutely going to continue seeing her in the future!
