Customer Reviews
Awesome space. It's beautiful and I can tell a lot went into it's design. I would totally work there if needed.
This is one of my favorite co-working spaces in the PNW. Great prices and amenities compared to Seattle, Portland, and Bend. Perfectly located with plenty of walkable options for coffee, food, gym, and convenient access to the bike trail. I started as a day user and loved the huge windows and wonderful natural light! I eventually upgraded to a desk setup. No regrets. Plenty of desk space, storage, and conference room time. The community at Mercantile is wonderful and very respectful. This is a total gem!
I work at Mercantile on a regular basis. The business provides clear protocols for covid prevention and I feel really safe working here. The coffee is good, the staff are friendly, and overall, this is a great working community. Beautiful space as well!!!
We love working out of the Mercantile. The space is beautiful, the owners are fantastic and we love being in the heart of downtown. I would highly recommend this space if you need a place to work or if you're planning an event.
The lady receptionist (owner) harassed me about wearing a mask after I politely informed her I was a disabled veteran with a medical condition. In fact she told the business owner I was there to meet that I refused to wear a mask. It’s clear she has no respect for veterans, there service or sacrifice. It’s also clear that she is happy to shame and humiliate anyone if they don’t abide by her godly orders! It’s also clear she doesn’t care about the ADA laws in America! I am never going to do business with anyone that works in that building simply because of her! I read the owner’s response and felt the need to comment! Total BS! She attempted to humiliate me in front of my business associate after I informed her of my medical condition! Not only that, she was condescending and discriminate
