My almost 14 yo daughter had her first appointment with Isabella last night and I cannot say enough good about the entire experience! Isabella was so good about engaging my daughter in chitchat conversation to get her to open up and feel comfortable, which is usually a real challenge! They connected immediately, and she was such a positive influence about self esteem, letting mistakes be learning opportunities, not letting other people influence how you feel about yourself…all while delivering a truly perfect cut and style! I’ve been going to Meraki for my hair for over a year now and I see the owner, Courtney. She and her staff have the perfect balance of professionalism and fun, it’s always a warm & inviting atmosphere! She takes a lot of care in discussing what kind of style you’re going for to ensure both the client and herself are on the same page before beginning. Courtney is meticulous and very detail-oriented which I love about her, but also extremely knowledgeable and I use my time in her chair to often pick her brain on styling techniques etc. which she explains thoroughly. I’ve also had the pleasure of having some of her other girls assist at times and I can tell why this shop runs so smooth, everyone knows their craft well! This was my first time at this salon, and it did not disappoint!!! Isabella was freaking amazing, she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and overall just so much fun. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and anything I was uncertain about she gave great advice. I've already booked my color appointment with her.
