Meraki Salon and Spa

I visited Meraki Salon on October 10th for what was supposed to be a transformative cut and color appointment. I paid $254 plus a $50 tip, trusting I’d receive quality work and lasting results. Unfortunately, within just two washes, the vivid blue dye completely faded to a dull, dirty dishwater gray. When I reached out to the salon to express my disappointment and request a refund, I was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability. They hid behind “store policy” and claimed that because my stylist had already been “paid out,” there was nothing they could do — as if that excuses poor workmanship. Amazing! I worked with Abby, and she could not have been nicer. She is the sweetest stylist. 💓 I was getting s completely new hairstyle and was a little nervous, she helped ease me into it and I did not felt rushed at all compared to other places I've been like BJ's, great clips, or even locally owned Salons who say "just do it." I understand it's "just hair" to some, but for some reason I'm attached to my hair and she understood that it was a little nerve racking to let go of the one long length I had and go to the many layers/wolf cut look I was going for. She was patient, kind, a great conversationalist, and made me laugh. I will definitely be back to see her as my regular stylist! Excellent experience with professional and talented stylists. They paid close attention to detail and gave me the exact look I wanted. The salon is clean, modern, and welcoming. Service was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely come back again.

I visited Meraki Salon and Spa for a haircut with Maddie and she did a fantastic job! I have long very thick hair and explained that I would like to keep most of the length but was hoping to somehow give my hair more volume and life. I showed Maddie one inspiration pic and she went straight to work. I'm always seriously impressed when a stylist uses shears to pull weight out of my hair, rather than texturizing scissors. Thank you Maddie for a fantastic cut!

I got my hair done by Elleigh, she was wonderful! I brought in inspo pics and she helped me decide which would look best. She brought over color samples also. This was the first time any stylist has done that for me! My hair looks great!
