This was my first time trying out this salon and I have to say Lauren was amazing. She made me feel really comfortable In her chair. I left her shop looking and feeling amazing. She did such a great job I booked another appointment before I left.
Literally the best natural hair salon in the DMV. She always maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service. The stylist really cares about her clients and prioritizes hair health and wellness. My hair ALWAYS lasts long and is easier to maintain! I feel much more comfortable and confident with my natural hair because of the care and knowledge that the stylist shares. I never feel rushed and she definitely pays attention to her clients needs. It took me years to find a Black natural hair salon in the DMV that I felt comfortable with. Just got Marley twists and slept like an angel, no discomfort or tightness at all! 5 star in all aspects Super clean salon space as well.
Lauren does amazing work and she’s really friendly, she creates a great vibe in the salon.
My hair has gotten so healthy and long and her styles always last longer than I plan. If my hair didn't grow so fast I would probably push it.
Lauren is just BOMB! Gentle, attentive, and knowledgable. She has a client for life!
