Disappointed with Customer Service Today Today, I had a disappointing experience trying to book a session with Meraki using a gift certificate. I called in to inquire about my options but was met with rudeness and a lack of assistance. He didn’t tell me my options, he was just concerned because my gift card ends in August. Was super rude about it and said our gift cards are only good for 3 months. Okay what are my options? It's disheartening when even loyal customers are not treated with respect. Where has customer service gone? I hope this can be addressed and improved in the future. So much for wanting to try new things. 👎

I love the Halo Therapy! It helps my sinuses. The hydromassage is great to do afterwards. So relaxing.

I love going in to Meraki! Whether I'm going in for Aura Scan, foot detox, bringing my kids in for a Halo therapy dig, or looking my favorite crystals the staff has always been so kind and helpful! I always feel like I belong 💜

Really nice place. I've always been treated very well here. Multiple wellness services, crystal's and jewelry. So far, I've only experienced the Salt Palace - Halotherapy.
