I saw Jayden last Friday for a haircut and all-over blonde color — no highlights or lowlights, just a single even shade. The haircut was a long-to-short transformation, and I had a consultation a few weeks prior where she mentioned she’d book the morning for me. I came in with fairly blonde hair already and have never had issues lightening it in the past. I arrived at 9:00 AM, but the appointment lasted until after 8:30 PM. I wasn’t expecting it to take nearly 12 hours, and I wish there had been clearer communication ahead of time about the duration.
