Had my first headspa experience and it was amazing. I was nervous, since I have naturally curly hair, that knots easily but Mimi was so patient and delicate with my hair. The scalp and neck massages were amazing, I didn’t want to leave. The design of the space was so inviting and relaxing. It’s the perfect place to wind down and have some TLC to your scalp and hair. If you want to treat someone special or have a self care day, I highly recommend Mer Head Spa. The owner and staff were great and extremely professional. 10/10 I will be back 🩷

The place is beautiful and customer service was great! However, I’m an esthetician and I felt like my girl was in a hurry and there was no focus on the massage. It was like really quick movements where I felt I was running a marathon rather than relaxing. I saw another lady in the bathroom who experienced the same. I will say my hair does feel thicker and move hydrated, but I just wanted a more relaxing 90 minute experience.

I had never been to a hair spa before and wasn’t sure what to expect...but this experience exceeded every expectation! From start to finish, it felt luxuriously. I left feeling completely pampered. My skin is incredibly soft, and my hair has regained its shine and vitality. This is an experience everyone should treat themselves to at least once!

A relaxing environment and very clean facility. All the amenities you need in both the locker room and resting area. Erin (sorry if that's the wrong spelling) was super nice and worked really well. VERY quiet which was great for the relaxation aspect. Massage: marked firm. could have been firmer, though I do like a very strong massage so I understand its difficult to maintain Hair treatment: very nice and a cool set up, I do wish there was a better way for me to communicate as I didn't want to disrupt the flow Notes: upon returning, I would likely.. -ask for starting hot/warm and progressively colder water for my hair -ask for firmer massage on shoulders -ask for less of misc essential oils
