Used to go here and had a good experience before, even left a good review. Saw that you needed an appointment on another review, so called in to make an appointment and when the lady asked for my name and I gave it to her. She hungup, won't be going here no more.

You need an appointment to cut your hair here, it dosent mention anything like that anywhere on site or online.
