Giving this business a one star is an insult to stars. I booked an appointment a week in advance, for a specific time I selected. I received a confirmation via text and email with dates and times. I arrive the day of the appointment 10 minutes prior then my selected date, Although they tried to change it to latter time and if that is the case, then why even have booking online appointments, when it does not matter and they will change it anyway. Back to the story: I check in and have a seat and begin to wait. 15 minutes goes by, 2 customers after me are already sat and cuts began. 30 minutes, 2 more. I get up walk to the front counter and inquire why it is so long. Their reply, "Should be any time now".. another 15 minutes goes by and 2 more customer who came in after me where, t

Did my cut so badly people around campus have commented on it 😭😭😭 go to an actual independent barber, they are probably cheaper too! Asked for a trim and actually fully cut it and didn’t even blend it. I just want my money back she can keep the tip

First time here. Didn’t know any particular person so I randomly chose Meagan and hit a home run. Perfect cut on an imperfect head. She’s a complete sweetheart and good at her profession. I’m set!

Super not impressed. Signage and online states open till 8. So, walk in at 4:45 to get a trim, place is empty and they say they are too busy. There were 3 of them very busy sweeping the floor. Very disappointing 1st experience.

Normally great, however after checking in, I waited 20 minutes and was told nothing. After going up to ask I was told they never checked me in. Ridiculous
