Melvin's Barbershop #2

Poor customer service! I made an appointment with a guy named Jose. I arrived on time to find only one barber in the shop. I asked if his name was Jose he said "Yes". Long story short, they charged me a 20.00 cancellation fee because the wrong Jose cut my hair and the correct Jose refused to give the Jose that cut my hair the 20 bucks. After a back and forth I said Im not paying anymore money and he proceeded to call me names as I exited the store.

Do not for the love of god go into that back area those barbers do not what they doing stick to the front they know what they doing

Best haircut in a long time. Looks unassuming but they are professional and have very good technique, leaving your hair looking great.
