Don’t go to this place if you like your hair. The man in the front desk rushed the haircut and chopped off all my hair when I asked for only half. He also cut my neck and hit me in the head with the metal water bottle, didn’t even bother apologizing or saying excuse me. I in fact did not get what I asked for and still tipped and didn’t even get a thank you.

I wish I could give zero stars if possible. I had a very disappointing experience with my haircut. Despite repeatedly requesting to maintain the volume and not reduce too much length, over 7 inches were cut off, resulting in a style completely different from what I asked for. It was much shorter than expected and looked more like a boy cut. A Nepali woman did my haircut, and she had very poor communication skills, did not understand my requirements, and came across as quite stubborn. This experience was extremely frustrating She neither added volume, nor retained the length, nor gave a good style. My worst experience in last 10 years. Never get a haircut from her. This was the first place I ever got my eyebrows done when I was 13. And well 10 years later no matter where life takes me I know where to go to get my brows looking beautiful. I recommend my ‘uncle’ Harry! He does the best job, you just have to bust because he’s great at everything!!

I came here for Keratin treatment and my hair feels so soft and light. My hair was damaged badly because of bleach and several different colors. Thank you for your wonderful work dai. Both dai and didi who work there are also very nice.
