Mellow Mood Massage

Mellow Mood Massage is a relaxing sanctuary. The space is serene and beautifully designed. Chris made me feel comfortable, respected and cared for. The massage was incredible, and I walked out feeling so relaxed, grounded, and at peace. We are so lucky to have her in Los Osos. I'll be back soon. I can't recommend her enough!

The atmosphere of Mellow Mood Massage is just perfect, "relaxing and peaceful." I have seen Chris a couple of times for deep tissue massage and she was wonderful. She took the time to listen to me regarding back pain from a bicycle injury. Her hands are firm but gentle, with just the right amount of pressure. The massage made my back immediately feel better. Chris is definitely a very skilled massage therapist. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I have years of built up stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. Chris uses multiple methods (Swedish, deep tissue) and tools (electric massager, scraping tools, cupping, etc.) to facilitate blood circulation to those problem areas and release muscle adhesions. She always ends with a relaxing head and face massage. The space is full of good vibes and she plays really good music that's not the typical spa music.
