15+ year customer. Called to confirm hours before appointment, didn’t answer or call back. Assumed everyone there was just busy. Showed up 30 min before appointment after a 30 min drive and salon was closed with a sign on the door. No call from owner or stylist to let us know. Extremely disappointed and will be finding new salon
Had my hair cut and colored with Melissa and ABSOLUTELY love it. She is great at what she does and has very responsible rates. I would highly recommend her.
