I’ve been searching high & low to find a trustworthy interlocking hair stylist & I am very pleased by the results I’ve been seeing & I started in October & I’ve never been happier to start my locs ! Melissa thank you, may we continue this journey together.

Melissa has been my loctician for almost 4 years. She’s amazing and very talented. I’ve seen so much hair growth. My locs are always on point and I get tons of compliments. She had her own hair care products and it’s the only thing I use on my locs. Her salon is always clean and her professionalism is top tier. She’s even gotten my bald edges to grow back! If you want the best book with her you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had 2 appointments with Melissa (Nov. and Dec. 2024), and while I don’t want to downplay her skills, I felt that the experience wasn’t as personalized as I had hoped. I understand that everyone has their own approach, but I was hoping for a bit more engagement in terms of discussing my hair goals and preferences. I tend to be quiet during appointments, but I do expect some basic questions or a conversation about my vision for my hair. In my case, the parts of my locs weren’t as straight as I had hoped, and I later learned that straight parts are something I should have specifically requested. That’s on me, but I do think it would have been helpful to have some guidance or questions about my expectations before proceeding. I ended up removing the locs, but I believe with clearer

Melissa is very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to the different types of ways of maintaining your locks. Her products are amazing, especially the Spray and Go. The atmosphere is very welcoming, music appropriate with soothing colors throughout the shop. When Melissa washes your hair, she takes her time by scrubbing and massaging each inch of your scalp thoroughly. I can only speak for myself when I say that Melissa's creation is exactly what I needed to improve hair growth as well as my confidence.

Best stylist ever!! This is genuinely the nicest and coolest loctician. She always gentle and always down to answer any curious questions I’d have. She loves your hair as if it’s her own! Book with her because she’s super talented and will ensure your hair is healthy no matter what!!!
