Do not go for cat eye design. First time visiting and looks like regular polish instead of cat eye design. Didn’t massage legs. Direct massage hands.

Very clean and welcoming. I came here as a backup due to the water outage in the city, and I'm glad I found this gem. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the extra $15 for the deluxe spa pedicure that includes a massage wasn't worth it because I did get it at all. The service was great, I just know next time to get just a regular pedicure.

Melissa Nails is the preferred destination for myself, my children, my father, and my close friends. We consistently leave our appointments satisfied, largely due to the courteous and attentive staff. Exceptional customer service is the primary reason we continue to return.

Worst treatment EVER by the owner, with her NASTY attitude. She's more concerned with playing on her gambling machines than interpreting clearly and concisely the wants and needs of the customer. I usually do my own pedicures but wanted to treat myself for a change. I had to clip my own toenails because the nail tech couldn't understand me. My polish is two toned and I was the only one in there. I will NEVER go back and I have told my friends to never go there either. I really give it ZERO STARS

Terrible customer service and I will never return ! I was told to sit and wait with no wait time provided . I waited 20 minutes then got this lady with a terrible attitude mad because she couldn’t figure out how to match my acrylic color for a fill in . She brings me 2 different powders and wants me to decide which powder she should use . She remove my acrylic down to the middle because she said it was lifting . When she applied the new powder she couldn’t do it smooth enough to blend then began to blame me . First it was o your nails were lifting , then it was o let’s jus paint the whole nail so you won’t see the line . It was a line in every single nail ! Then I ask will the line fade as she does she does the rest of the blending and she ask me WHAT LINE .THE LINE U ASKED IF I WANTED TO
