i went there yesterday and the lady was talking not knowing what she was doing cutting my ends and she made my hair look slanted and then being unprofessional asking the other lady if thats how she do it and i paid for nothing my hair looks crooked its messed up i would not recommend this place to nobody

I came to this salon to get a haircut and blow dry for my birthday. The women who was cutting my hair didn’t know how to speak English and had the manager explaining to her what she has to do. As she was cutting my hair she didn’t listen properly to me or the women. The lady next to me had to stop what she was doing and help cut my hair. While she was doing my hair suddenly they were evacuating all clients to the basement. I was confused as in why am I being shifted to the basement. Thirty five min later the manger came explaining that they suddenly had inspection and to avoid violation they had to move all clients to the basement. Everyone was speaking in Spanish saying things which was very obvious and not the women telling me to chill. To sit there for three hours for a simple hair styl

I love it here. The staff is amazing and they all do a great job. They also do my kids hair and let me just say my kids love going to get their hair done here.

I love this place and always have a good experience with my one hairdresser. But this one day I went I couldn't see my regular hairdresser so I had to sit and wait 2 hours for a available hairdresser. When the hairdresser was actually available she told me that she does not do short hair and that was the worst thing you could say to a customer that was waiting for 2 hours. I was very upset and left out just paying for my shampoo and that was conditioner which I should not have paid. I just feel that it could have been handled differently being as though I am a customer for many years. But overall my hairdresser Lena is the best and she wasn't able to see me because she had multiple people to see before me and that was okay because I came in late.

I used to love this salon until recently. I believe they put relaxer in the shampoo to soften the hair. Went in with curly hair for a blow out. It was beautiful when finished. But 1 week later when I washed my hair, it came out stringy overly straight & extremely thin, falling out easily & some patches of my hair were burnt off. First blow out in like 9 months & anyone with very curly hair (3c) knows a single blow out alone doesn’t cause “heat damage” that extensively, and I remember the smell of relaxer while they were washing my hair but didn’t think they actually put it in my own hair. Never going back. Really disappointed because I been going to this salon for like 6-7 years.
