Amazing experience! Easy scheduling through text message. Melanie was so kind with my non verbal son and so understanding when it came to working with his movements and awkward angles he gets into. Great play area for my son while I got my hair cut. She listened to my preferences and was so great to converse with. The place was adorable and welcoming. Definitely will be back and so happy our Christmas photos are gonna be sharp!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would do it. people who do not know how to work bleach should not do it. This is the worst place I've been to the worst. My daughter had a red color only on the edge all around When I went for the first time she saw her hair she knew it had discoloration I told her myself and my daughter's hair was healthy and was not mistreated at all. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she told me that day she wasn't going to be able to get the color I wanted because she didn't want to damage my daughter hair. She was just going to remove the red and that they were going to make the lights darker and the front and what already had discoloration would be lighter And as she retouched it, they would be lighter and I say ok.
