I just walked in at 8am basically against my will. After that experience with Alex I will be returning. I think I found my new barber. He works 6 days a week sometimes leaves early on Fridays. If your looking rough and you need to look good for maybe a job you shouldn't have taken on but was trying to be nice and you need to be presentable go see Alex here at this place. You will not be disappointed

I was in Bonita Springs visiting my Mother. I stopped and got a haircut at Mel's on my way home. It took the guy forever to cut my hair and I rushed out when he finally finished.. Upon arriving home in Bowling Green I noticed that the hair on the top of my head was about 3/4 of an inch longer on one side than the other. It looked rediculous. I had to go to a local barber shop and pay another $25 to get it fixed. Also the barbers got a good laugh at what a bad haircut it was.

Tim is great! I’ve had a few less than perfect experiences since moving to the area and I’m glad I found Mel’s and Tim. Perfection cut every time.

I had been going to this barber shop for 3 years. I worked 2 blocks from the shop. Dan cut my hair in 10 minutes every time. I changed jobs and now work 1 hour away. Last Saturday I called and asked what time they were open until. They told me to get there before 2pm. I got there at 1:45pm. When I got to the door, Dan tells that he swept the shop and that it would take him more than 15 minutes to cut my hair. I guess this time it would take longer for some reason. Don't say you're open until 2pm if you want to leave by 2pm. You're only opened until 1:30pm in reality. Unacceptable customer service. Have a good life.

Shop just changed ownership. Owners want to bring Naples prices to Bonita Springs. The $20 Hair cut and $10 beard trim is now $25 & $20. $45 is too rich for me. Dan is a great barber. I'll miss him.
