Stay Away! If 0 stars was an option I would. There is only 1 worker all the time and she is money hungry. She'll answer the door or the phone but count that time against yours. These last few 5 star reviews are fake accounts to keep the overall rating up. Seriously spend your hard earned money somewhere else. You're given a massage for MOST of the time not all for what you pay for. To the owner we are not stupid, you will give a generic response claiming to improve service or that your spoke to the staff(1 person) You are a liar, and you won't keep stealing money from our community.

Don't come here, if I could give 0 stars I would, the worker Lucy is a thief. She put less time than what I asked/paid for on the timer clock. She answers the phone or the door during your massage and you lose that time. She asked 6 times during my massage if I wanted more time. I paid with card and said how much I wanted to tip, she wanted more money. I said no, then she charged my card the extra tip amount she wanted and tried to tell me the service fee went up for paying with card and told me bring cash next time.

Update: I called today and ironically I spoke with Lucy the scammer. She either wasn't trying to listen to what I was saying or completely didn't understand. She kept saying when are you coming for a massage. To whomever from this business that reply to my review, I don't see the point of me calling and you reviewing the video when I can't even get through to a person that is most responsible. Clearly, you aren't trying to remedy this issue. Lucy the scammer is still there. I doubt you are actually going to refund my money. Prove me wrong. Undeestaffed spa. They don't even have a person to receive clients. The owner herself and another employee, who is most of times an old lady wirh no strong grip. The owner is always preoccupied with regular male customers. Waste of time and money.
