Ensure you check your order and count them for accuracy. This company is a joker and a manipulator. They lied the sent 4 items but only sent 1. How can you miscount 1 item for 4? And after reaching out to them, they said we will send the remaining at no cost. This is sad! They need to be investigated for fraud and brought to book. Never again!
They truely care about their customers. I ordered a kit for my daughter for Christmas. Merhon shipped it out on 12/8. USPS was of course delayed and the closer it got to Christmas the more worried I became. They shipped me out another kit via UPS (which arrived in 2 days) to make sure my daughter received her Christmas present. They went above and beyond to help me even though it was USPS that was causing the issues. My daughter absolutely loved her kit!
Mehron is a great company that has been serving pro artists on Broadway and in Hollywood since 1927! Their makeup is so easy to use and their customer service people are so nice and helpful when you have a question regarding makeup applications. I like that the makeup is made right here in New York! 100% recommended!
Mehron is an amazing brand that I have watched evolve over 40 years. When I was a child, I watched my dad apply Mehron Clown White before heading into the ring at Ringling Brothers circus. I am always impressed by the quality and value of the special effects products and professional face and body paint that I use.
I ordered makeup and unfortunately I got the wrong items, costumer service sucks and management didn’t follow up complaints the proper way … company needs a lot upgraded system and costumer skills
