They use expired makeup. The lip products were crusty. The makeup lady had zero skills. Did not understand skin texture or type. Horrendous method of application. And then they went ahead to charge $100 for a horrible makeup work. On top of which, they had the audacity to demand tips. DO NOT come here. I had to fix my own make up afterwords. It's a scam, theft in broad daylight!!

Before Eid, i went there with may daughter to cut her hair (a simple bob cut). One of the old lady who claimed herself 21 years of experience in this field, take responsibility to cut my daughters hair perfectly. After finish cutting, I see the uneven and disgusting haircut! The lady totally destroy my daughter’s hair and didn’t agree that she did any mistake. Even she didn’t clean my daughter’s face where small cutted hair all around her face. Without giving us any solution or fix the hair, they took $25 for this haircut! I cursed that woman that Allah will give her punishment what she did with my little daughters hair!! 🤬 There have a Pakistani lady who is good at hair cutting but don’t cut your hair with other persons of this parlor, else you will lost your hair style 😢

I had forgotten my gold chain and locket there. When I told them, they didn't pay any attention and didn't check the CCTV footage. I got out of the car, went to the salon, came out, drove home again, and didn't go anywhere. But they didn't seem interested in it. I don't think I'll get it, but they don't understand emotions😭

I was very disappointed with their service. I had my hair curled, but the curls fell out after just two hours because they didn't use enough heat. I won't be going back there again.

I went to this salon last week. I don’t take services from these salons usually but I just thought to have a herbal facial to clean my face. However, they convinced me to take the gold facial sort of thing and when they applied some cream/ pack, I felt a burning feeling and also they just plucked my nose very hard. After two/three days, I am having rashes now and big pimples on my face and suffering it. I just want to give them 0 in terms of facial service.
