Very rude! I don’t usually write reviews but what an awful experience. “Megan” I’m assuming is the owner, watched something on her phone the entire time while working on my nails. When finished I looked at my nails and there are lines where my old nails had grown out from the acrylic and I have a light nail color so every single nail has a big line through it where that old acrylic had grown out like she did not blend the new overlay. When I asked about it she basically said you should have went with a dark color so you can’t see it. I always go with a light natural color and never have had this happen. Let's get into this why I scored what I did. On July 4th, my 3 daughters and I decided to get our toes done. We went to Megan's because it was the only one open in our area, despite the ratings. We said we'll give it a try. We were welcome in a nice way, when we sat down the gentlemen there was nice, my pedicure tech was rough, and she pissed me off, I showed her a pictured of what I wanted, she tells me that I couldn't get something because it takes too long to dry. NEVER in my years, I heard of something so crazy. Not only that, I said okay let's get creative with the colors gold and white. She told my toes it wouldn't work. I don't have messed up toes. She thought my toes were yellow, and i told her you didn't take off the nail polish that was still on there, but wait there's more...I t

This is the 3rd time I gave them a chance. Never had a good experience there. I never usually write reviews but this time people need to know. This place is outrageous on prices. She didn’t really shape my nails. No manicure just put the gel polish on. She put two coats on. She was about to put top coat and I said oh no I can still see spots on my nails. You need to put another coat. So she did and then put top coat on. I think a 10 year old could have did a better job. Then when I went to pay I seen a change for 10.00 extra. So my total for just gel polish was 35.00 with no manicure. Never again my chair was dirty the towel that was on the nail table was dirty.

just go to zenus nails guys best nail salon in laplace. megan’s is RUDE like they had no home training 😇.

Prices are kinda high, but i love the atmosphere and everyone is friendly.. and the guy who does the feet gives the best massages! You can also kick back and have a glass of wine🍷
