Mega Nail Salon and Spa

The experience at the salon was fine, my dissatisfaction came afterward. I always get gel nail polish for the simple purpose of them lasting longer, so I'm not sure why I paid extra for gel here for it to look worst than regular nail polish. These pictures were took exactly 10 days after the appointment and the gel was chipping everywhere till the point where I could literally take the whole nail polish off. Also, I guess they run out of regular nail polish of the matching sets that they have with gel nail polish so my feet are a different color from my nails when I literally asked for the same color.

I walked here with my grandma to spend some time with her and I had an appointment set. There are many chairs to sit at, however they told my grandma to leave if she’s not getting anything done. It was scorching hot outside, around 90° and they forced her to wait outside as per their “policy.” Absolutely disgusting that they made an old woman wait outside in the heat, forcing her to watch through the window.

This is 3 mins away from my house I’ve gotten my nails done here a handful of times and everytime I get my nails done I always had a problem like them making my fingers bleed and getting dust in the wound.I also once accidentally hit my nail on the fan while drying it and the lady gotten angry with me.My nails are always misshapen and lumpy I hope they have new workers by now even though it’s a family business.

UPDATE: Based on the feedback from the owners, it is obviously clear that they only care about the pricing of their services and not the service they provide to customers. Gel polishes was worn and started to peel after 12 hours of getting them done. Brands are terrible. Would not waste my time. They tell you one price over the phone, but when you go there and are ready to pay, they charge more money. When you ask about it, the people that supposedly answered the phone says they didn't say that. They do the bare minimum. They do not buff your tip before they put acrylic on to smooth it in with your natural nail. The woman doing my nails gave me a very pretty shape, and I loved the color. That was until she kept putting glue on my skin to make them stay, and I got contact dermatitis. My skin has been peeling from underneath my nail, almost down to my knuckle. If you notice them putting nail glue underneath your nail get up and walk out!!!! It’s not worth the pain. I’m very disappointed to not be coming back, I really loved this salon.
