Why Certain business don’t last I SEE why! These prices are ridiculous😭The stylist Ky in the back of the store charged me 170$ for this rinse wash & curl which I don’t like it’s ugly, I wanted to cry when I got up out of her chair. I wanted finger waves but she said she didn’t know how to do them. But when I asked her why she charged so much her answer was simply I’ve been doing hair for 14 years. WOW!!! but u don’t know how to finger wave😏 My advice to Ty is to stick to braiding because on the stylist side you’re literally scamming woman out of money. Then had the nerves to tell me to lock her number in my phone. No worries I will never let you back in my head. I’m so upset!!! ALMOST 200$ for this BS.

I purchased a drawstring ponytail for my daughter. When I returned home and opened the package, I discovered that it was not a drawstring ponytail as advertised, but instead a clip-in ponytail. Because I live in Magnolia, I did not return to the store the same day and instead came back the following day to exchange it for a different item. Upon entering the store, the owner did not acknowledge me as she was assisting another customer. I waited at the counter for approximately one to two minutes before being greeted. I explained that the ponytail was falsely advertised and that I would like to exchange it. She examined the item and stated that it appeared worn and that they typically do not allow returns or exchanges. I explained that I had been in the store the previous day and that it was

Yesterday I was in the area my mom & I were searching on google for a beauty supply close by. We were initially going to west road but then I was lead to Mega Beauty Supply. I met Mrs. Shonda she was very nice & welcoming. The hair we needed was in stock i was shocked they carried 12” in the same brand.

I’m so glad I’ve become obedient and made a you turn when I was told. I felt the love that went into setting up the inviting environment. The store is clean and the person(Dang it! I forgot her name. Sorry )that was working, greater me with a smile and helped me in every way. She even asked me questions to ensure I had everything I needed( Do you have a bonnet, shower cap, oil, braid sheen…). I will be back!!

My experience with this company the 3rdX was unsatisfactory. The owner is a pleasant woman and I do wish her business well. Please check your cameras on Tuesday January 20th 2026 around 1pm & listen to our conversation.
