I had my first Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Meg and it felt so good! It’s different from your typical massage but I found it to be just as relaxing. Meg did a great job explaining the process and I felt totally comfortable throughout. I had never experienced MLD before and it was so interesting feeling the sensations of fluid moving. I’ll definitely be incorporating this into my massage routine more regularly.
