The stylists are very personable and knowledgeable. Jen gives great advice for hair care and always does a lovely job styling mine. I got colors done for the first time and couldn't be happier. They're also really good about finding the best pricing for their customers that they can when checking out, and are very understanding about rescheduling appointments. Tips are only in cash or Venmo, so keep that in mind!

I went in with a reference picture. After a deep conversation over the phone I went in for my appointment a month later. I had reddish brown hair. Basically I wanted color remover for the red gone and brown hair with some light brownish blonde highlights. I’ll attach my reference picture along with the hair I received. My hair is dead. It’s fried. They said they didn’t have enough time for the toner. I was there for 5 hours and spend $200 for this wack job. No hairstylist takes this long and doesn’t finish. Halfway under the dryer they had me hold the bowl of bleach for them as they applied more to my head. Jen kept asking Darci for help and they both checked my hair constantly. Definitely need more practice. They claim my hair lightened more than they thought and I could not receive a ref

Jen was lovely. Excellent attitude with my neurodivergent daughter. Very accommodating. I am going back with all my hair needs and would definitely recommend. My daughter cries after every hair cut she has ever gotten except this time! I cannot tell you how happy we are with her new look! Thanks to everyone at Medusa!!

I had a great experience here. After my appointment at another salon was canceled last minute, I called around to find a salon that had availability. I must have called 15 different salons. Darcy at Medusa said they were booked but she could accommodate me. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Darcy is a master colorist and knew exactly what I wanted. Polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Love my hair!!

I'm a hairdresser's daughter, which means I'm pretty picky about my hair. Since my mom can't do my hair anymore, I booked a color with Darcy and I love the results. It came out even better than I had hoped. She and Jen are a great team. I definitely recommend this salon and both Darcy and Jen.
