MedLife Massage

I recently visited Medlife for a 90-minute Swedish massage, and overall, the experience was good. Hans and Stephanie provided great customer service, and the massage itself was relaxing. The facility was nice, with a cozy tea nook, and they thoughtfully provided water at the end of the session. However, the parking situation was less than ideal. The garage was under construction, and there was no clear parking arrangement. Since it was a Sunday, I had to call in for a code to access the building, which wasn’t well communicated beforehand. While the customer service and registration process were smooth, the parking was a major inconvenience. I hope this improves in the future, as the service inside was excellent.

My experience here was great! The massage from Luis was amazing, he did a wonderful job at focusing on my problem areas and was extremely accommodating :-)

What a great little place hidden away on the 7th floor of a tall corporate looking building. Shamy welcomes you and gives the best massage I’ve had in a long time. Then she offered me a membership that I could not refuse. Different levels her you different things and I chose wine that would suit me . Clean, well appointed and cheerful decor give you a sense of trust and comfort. They have beauty treatments, massages to fit your needs, mani pedi station, and several machines that look state of the art…. And colonics!!! So many offers that I would come more than once a month. Good Carribbean hospitality. I highly recommend this spot to come heal and get your wellness in order.

The first time I came for a colonic I didn't know that gratuity was included that wasn't mentioned so I wasn't prepared to pay the additional They just added on there without saying anything which doesn't display integrity to surprise people like that even though I like to tip anyway and I would tip way more if they were up front about it instead of the set price that they have. but the second time it was only supposed to be $5 additional with my coupon the basic facial says $80 on the website and the deep pore I switched to was $85 so it should have just been five additional dollars from the price that hilda showed me and what the website displays. I’ve had a deep tissue massage with Shammy. She truly has an incredible technique, the perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work. She’s professional and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real, therapeutic massage experience!
