The team here is small but mighty; Jae kept constant communication before my appointment & actually referenced my questionnaire to make sure my allergies were avoided. I had the best experience getting a much needed facial at Medizen! They are truly excellent at balancing science with relaxation. I tried the dermaplaning facial for the first time, and it will not be the last! The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. The staff are friendly and professional and immediately made me feel at ease, including offering me a yummy mimosa before my facial! I especially liked that they also included a skin analysis that uses AI to evaluate areas that may have sun damage or could use a little extra attention. I had such an amazing experience at Medizen Medspa here in San Antonio. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly taken care of. I went in for a skin analysis and a HydraFacial, and the entire experience was both relaxing and informative. The skin analysis helped me understand my skin on a deeper level instead of just guessing what it needs, which I really appreciated. Jay and Oriana were absolutely amazing! They took their time explaining everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. After my HydraFacial, my skin was so radiant, hydrated, and glowing. I had an amazing experience with Medizen spa service! First, I was warmly greeted with glass of champagne and fruits then my face was evaluated by Alma IQ skin system that showed what I accurately need for my skin care. I received personalized skin product offer. After that, I had facial cleaning and dermaplaning with mask and massage. Feels amazing! Highly recommend! My skin is glowing after procedure!
