My appointment was at 1 PM, and I arrived on time. I waited for about 15 minutes before being called in for the skin analysis, and then had to wait again until a room became available. When I was finally taken to the room, it looked nothing like a spa — more like a dental office with bright, harsh lighting right in my eyes. There was no cozy or relaxing atmosphere at all. The music was loud and felt more like a nightclub than a spa. The girl who did my Hydrafacial didn’t even mention that I should remove my top to include the décolleté area — I had to ask for that myself, and only then she gave me another gown to change into.
