I have been seeing Dr. Stanciu for botox, fillers and sculptra treatments over the past few years and the results have not only exceeded my expectations, but the cost for services is very reasonable. She takes pride in what she does and takes her time getting it done. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and so very helpful. I highly recommend the services at Mediface Spa!

I have had the absolute worst experience with this doctor!! She rudely criticized my appearance to sell products. My last experience was a Groupon for Botox. No results from it. When I complained she got mad and said “Do you think I injected you with water”. Hmm well maybe! She also had done testing for surgery on my eyelids and did not submit the testing to the insurance for over 3 months. Then I find out she doesn’t have a surgery center. Because it was so long since the last tests and I have a new insurance she would have to test again which she strongly suggested doing. When I asked her if she has a surgery center she became very defensive and said she can do the procedure in her office. Not true! My call with her yesterday about the Botox not working ended with her screaming at me and

During my botox treatment, as the botox is running down my face, the doctor says, "I would never get discounted treatments on my face." To which I responded, "No, you just offer them." In the doctor's own words, you get what you pay for. The nursing staff was wonderful, the doctor was trashy. She did not even wipe my forehead with alcohol before injecting me. She kept praising herself as the best in the area, but in my experience, every treatment I've ever had before this was infinitely more professional. Perfect proof you can put whatever letters after your name, but it still won't buy you class. The wifi was down after my treatment and the lady behind the desk thought the appropriate solution was to take an image of my credit card on her personal cell phone. Absolutely not. Go literally

STAY AWAY!!! Office staff is really unprofessional. I called and made an appointment 10 days in advance. When I showed up at my scheduled appointment date and time, I was told the doctor wasn't in that day but nobody had contacted me to cancel. Because I had a Groupon voucher, I had to reschedule my appointment because they said they wouldn't give me a refund. I went back to the office for the second time for my rescheduled appointment and the doctor was even worse than the office staff. I had purchased a Groupon for a vial of Sculptra. One of the first things the doctor told me was that Sculptra by itself doesn't work and she wanted to sell me additional purchases and she didn't want to give me the Sculptra injection by itself. From the moment you walk in all the staff are warm and welcoming! Dr. Stancui is truly the master Michelangelo! She takes time to explain everything and what I love is she can show you an image in real time of what your results will look like. Dr. Stancui truly cares about every detail and that her procedures are pure perfection! What’s most important to me is, I trust her. Thank you!
