I had an excellent experience at Medical & Sports Massage in Sandy Springs. I called on a Saturday around 12:30 PM worried about a pulled muscle in my left shoulder, and the owner, Denise, was able to fit me in — even though they normally close at 2:00 PM. Denise stayed past closing to make sure I was completely taken care of, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist on the phone I felt well cared for — they were friendly, professional, and helpful in scheduling me. Denise herself is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain everything to me, step-by-step, which put me at ease and helped me understand what was happening with my body. Portia was an amazing masseuse, my massage was only 30 minutes but I was still so relaxed I almost slept lol! I definitely will come back again. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming as well.
