I am happy to give this massage center 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and friendly smile, which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Joanne is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly very experienced. I went in for reflexology, and this was actually my first-ever massage experience. Joanne took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire session. It turned out to be an amazing and truly memorable experience for me. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and a professional, welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming back.

Gia has been a godsend in my life. I had been struggling with a condition that left me with chronic debilitating muscle pain/ severe muscle spasms in my back for years that made my life miserable. She truly cares and takes the time to listen and modify each session to hit specific problem areas. After the first 2 sessions, I finally started to get real relief for the first time in years. I had been going to a massage studio in Burke for several years. When my favorite therapists left the studio for a place even further away, I decided I needed to find a place closer to my home in Manassas. Enter Medical Massage Specialties! I had my first appointment back in October when I pulled a muscle in my upper back. In just 30 minutes, Alejandra eased the intense pain I had been feeling that had spread to my neck and led to a migraine. I couldn't believe how much better I felt after just one short appointment. I just had my second massage with Alejandra, this time an hour, and I can't say enough how amazing she is! I'm so happy I found this place!
