Medford Spa Nail

It's unfortunate staff here are so kind and caring! I think their customer service overall is fantastic. However, the quality is not there,people should know what to expect if you’re planning to get a gel mani/ped! also expect to pay more than normal for less quality...my cuticle was bleeding after leaving, the polish looks like my daughter did my nails, was looking forward to finding a place close to home but we won't be coming back for the amt. I paid for the quality I would rather make I little bit more of a drive. The picture look better than the nails and my cuticles are bleeding and so sore

They were very nice if u ever go the staff is very welcoming, The work that they did was OK my nails came out OK but one of my nails are lifting already. I just got them done today but the guy that did them is very sweet. The nails looks like half of its missing but overall I did pay $55 plus tip yeah overall my experience here was pretty good I think

My lady was nice, just that her work isn’t the best. Just asked for a simple French. Felt like she did a sloppy job because it was the end of they day. It felt rushed. Which is sad because I know she’s been there for years, she should take corses. Also the young guys who works at the cashier was rushing me to pay, I had one hand drying and she was still working on my other hand. Comes up to me asking for me to pay when he could clearly see that both my hands are occupied. Just thought that was really unprofessional. Just not worth the$90 at all. (I got manicure and pedicure).

This is the worst place that ive gone to, we had an appoinment one week in advance If we knew it was like that I wouldn't have waited. We had a terrible experience. We asked for french nails. My nails were bumpy and the french was blended. They didn't clean well and I realized they were racist they don't treat people equally. We had to go in a different place and we had to pay to remove what they did and do it again. I don't recommend this place. I wanted the first one and I got the second one

There was no wait, which was great. However, I received white powder with chrome over top. The technician did not do the chrome well. It looked streaky and there were indentations in my nails. I mentioned something to her and she called someone over to help. They did look better after a different technician fixed the janky ones, however not worth the $50 I spent. They look better from afar but not as nice up close. I won’t be returning
