I recently visited Beni Med Spa for a PicoSure laser treatment, and I was blown away by the experience! The customer service was absolutely top-notch—efficient, professional, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and ensure I was at ease throughout the process. The kindness and professionalism of the team truly stood out, making what could have been an intimidating experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The results were amazing, and I’m so glad I chose Beni for this treatment. Skin darkening after Picosure treatment. I had a Picosure treatment here and unfortunately developed darkening on my face and neck afterward. I now have to use a darker shade of foundation than I normally do and even cover my neck to hide the uneven skin tone, which has been very frustrating. The process also did not feel very professional - the provider was about to start without cleansing my face, and I had to mention that I was wearing BB creme and sunscreen. To make matters worse, after raising the issue, the med spa's response was completely unprofessional and disappointing. For the cost of the treatment, I expected better care and clearer communication about possible side effects. I truly regret getting the treatment here and, because of these experiences, I cannot recommend
