Mean Hair by Regina

I recently tried this shampoo and conditioner for the first time, and I am honestly beyond impressed! From the very first wash, I could feel the difference. The shampoo left my daughters hair feeling incredibly clean without that stripped dry feeling, and the conditioner added the perfect amount of moisture and softness. Highly recommend THE MEAN HAIR product line.

Regina is an awesome specialist on treatment of natural hair. If you're looking to have your hair be made healthy againYou should book. Ive been dying my hair and braiding it and I just wanted a break to get it treated to strengthen. Regina, not only educated me on my type of hair, but also what vitamins & diet are best. I found out what type of oils are best for what (ie growth strength, moisture)

Regina is very unprofessional. She is good at styling, but terrible at washing hair. She needs someone to help with at least, hair washing. Gets distracted when chit chatting with the other hair stylists. If you can’t focus on what you’re doing, then you should not try to do everything by yourself. She overbooks. Waiting 45 mins to an appointment that you booked weeks ago is crazy to me. Then, to wait another 40 mins to get the hair blown out and styled cause you’re attending another client during the scheduled appointment time is insane. Charges way too much for you not to get good service is not okay.

The hairstylists that work within the salon consistently overbooks clients, exceeding their capacity to manage appointments. It is quite frustrating to experience prolonged wait times only to be rescheduled for the following day. There is excessive chatter and gossip, lacking any sense of professionalism in the workplace. I felt as though I was in a classroom filled with children, and by the time I departed, I had developed a headache. I recommend seeking services elsewhere if you value your time and money.

Exceptional service! Great attention to detail. My son loves his hair and really enjoyed the treatment. We're definitely returning!
