ME SPA

This was my first time having a facial and visiting ME SPA. The experience from checking in at the front desk to checking out was nothing short of excellent customer service. The ambience is soothing. Michelle is amazing!!! Treat yourself to a session of relaxation and pampering and make your appointment with Michelle!

Had a wonderful massage experience! The spa had a calm, relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. Cynthia was amazing! She was very professional, attentive, and incredibly relaxing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and made the entire session feel soothing and stress-free. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend booking with Cynthia! Me Spa is definitely my favorite in the area by far!

Always a great experience from beginning to end. Spa is always clean and so relaxing. Staff is very nice and friendly and make the whole process very easy. I always get my facials done with Michele. She is amazing. Not only professional but super friendly and overall great person. I always have a great time chatting and catching up on life. My face is always the best after I see her and I wouldnt go to anyone else.

Sadly went here yesterday for a much needed pampering session with a friend. To say this place is over priced and the quality does not match the dollar amount is putting it nicely. The girl who checked us in very nastily advised they will not do gel polish with pedicures. (Would have been nice to know ahead of time). Also did not disclose they charge $25 to roughly remove any current gel polish. The experience was supposed to be relaxing but was quite painful. My tech kept cutting me with the file and then looked at me like I was crazy when I screamed during her putting nail polish remover in the fresh cuts. Please see photo below of my $150 pedicure 😔

Best spa in Pembroke Pines. The attention to detail is superb. Great customer service, and the best part is their massage gurus! Maria is THE BEST. I look forward every time to entering her TEMPLE. I'm in total relaxation while there. I love it!
