Let me tell you as to the reason why I love this store it's the customer service and point rewards system.I have been coming to this store for 2 years now and I just enjoy the atmosphere.They play Gospel music so that's a plus already,they don't follow you when you are shopping making which makes you feel comfortable.The other reason is their cashier a short girl with glasses is excellent, so nice always kind and I've been there when there are nasty customers but she is always calm and collective, hoping they pay her well.I do admit I yap alot but she entertains it. The prices have gone a little high but that's the only store I feel comfortable going.This store is clean and easily accessible.

I'm new to Baltimore and this store happens to be close to my house.I was getting a lip gloss since I was in a hurry but I've come to be a member because they are so nice in there.The items are well stocked,clean environment and happy workers.The cashier is so nice she has clear glasses,very attentive to my stuff while ringing cause she caught a mistake on my hair and I didn't even know.There is also another girl ginger hair was also friendly, I always come here on Monday as it's my day off but I love this store,atmosphere, music, and it smells nice always.

the old women working this store are very rude and they stare at you and give you the most judgmental looks as you browse the store. Also the return policy is ridiculous - i was told i couldn't return or exchange an unopened product purchased literally two days prior (l misread the product label and bought it thinking it was something else) because its a "chemical"... 90% of the store's products are chemicals! that is a crazy excuse to not accept returns! that basically means you can't return most of the merchandise here!! do not waste your money or time coming here

I like this place. They have everything what I need specially Ebin products.

This beauty store has everything !! I love their point system u can build points every purchase. everyone is so kind and respectful here. I will visit again soon
