MC STAR SALON

I’ve been bringing residents from our facility to this salon for a few years now. Some of them are mobile and able to walk, and for them, the experience has generally been fine. However, I want to share feedback regarding accessibility. Unfortunately, the salon is not wheelchair accessible. There is no ramp at the entrance, the doorway is narrow, and it’s very difficult to safely get a wheelchair inside. This makes visits extremely challenging for residents who use wheelchairs. Additionally, during our most recent visit, I didn’t feel much assistance or support from staff when trying to navigate the wheelchair inside. I was so impressed with the stylist ,Nora. It's the first time in my life I ever gave anybody a 30% tip. She is a very personable lovely person. I never met such a nice stylist before. She gave me good advice about how to take care of my hair. Also the benefit is that this is a not very expensive hair salon. And the wait time is very minimal. .

Great place to get a new haircut.my stylist Grace did a fantastic job. Really love this place it has lots of parking and very inexpensive.
