I’m only writing this review given the fact that multiple times have I been talked to very disrespectfully when I’ve asked to have my nails thinner or not have them be crooked. They’re often crooked. They’re so lumpy every time I’ve gone and when I’ve asked to make it smoother I’m yelled at. I will not be returning this man does not know what he’s truly doing. Horrible nail service! And was charged $65 for a lumpy mess of a fill.

I go there all the time. I've been going there since I was about 13. They are absolutely amazing. Kim does the best pedicures and she's so sweet. She'll also hook your eyebrows up too. And Phillip, well he's just the best nail design artist I know. Whatever you want he can do it or if you want him to come up with something off the top of his head he can do that too. Absolutely amazing! I love them both!

Phil & Kim are great - customer service is great! They make you laugh and make the experience "fun". However, at nail salons I'm not paying for the customer service (that's what tips are for in my opinion). I paid $70 for a manicure and pedicure, so I would expect for them to last longer than one week. Three of the nails on my hands that Phil added gel to have already chipped and the polish is coming off. I'm not hard on my nails; I don't have a job where I use my hands a lot; I wear gloves to wash dishes. It makes no sense - this doesn't happen at other salons. Two stars for customer service and cleanliness, though. Hopefully they invest in some higher quality materials.
