M&C Nails

I walked in at 3:45 pm for a fill since my usual salon was closed. I was greeted and told to pick a color, then waited about 40 minutes before being seated, with no updates or acknowledgment during that time. There were about 4 other clients in there at that time. I had been dropped off, so I really didn’t have the means to leave at that point. Once my service started, the tech was apologetic about the wait so I tried not to let it affect my experience, especially since I was a walk in. However things continued to go downhill. I was cut three separate times on three different fingers. The tech was also unnecessarily rough/quick with her movements. I was cut twice with two different drill bits and the third cut was from cuticle cutters (photos were taken after she had me wash my hands). Al

Not a good service, we asked for a gel fill and one normal manicure with a gel fill too, they only gave us both a manicure and told us it “would look better”. When the man asked what color I wanted on my nails I told him that I want a white clear base and a pink bow he said that would not look good and told me to do pink and white so I trusted him. When the lady came to do the bow she ran over and quickly did it and she asked if it was ok and I said it was fine and she told me the reason it looked like that was because my nail was to small. One the second nails she wanted it matte and no gloss and she wanted an add on gel just like the photo, he hurt her when he was drilling her nails and he ignored it and went on. ***UPDATE* Another fun Valentine's design from Mai! ** Mai (the owner) has been doing my nails since 2018 and she always does a fantastic job. She does acrylic overlay on my nails, no tips. Hana did an amazing job this was my first time having her I will be going back next month but I want to see how she does my feet and that will definitely determine on if I’m going to be a regular customer of Hana. Definitely 5 stars on the nails my boyfriend loves them. 😉

This place was wonderful! The owner did my nails and did an amazing job. This place was warm, staff was friendly and welcoming! The time that they take and the fact that they talk through what they are doing was reassuring. They take the time to also reassure their other nail techs to make sure not only to do a great job, take their time but make sure the customer is happy. I left paying a decent amount and leaving with a nail design that almost matched my inspiration photo but better because it was her own art. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nail place that they want to feel comfortable in.
