Mc Bride Research

I am writing this review as I have not received an order I placed on March 27 today is April 23. Almost a month. I’ve tried calling to get a status of my order and I’m sent to a voicemail. I’ve tried sending an email to request the status of my order, still no response. McBride Research had no problem taking my money and they still have my order showing awaiting fulfillment. I can’t even talk to anyone to get a refund. No order, out of my money, and no way to resolve this issue. This company, Design Essentials, you have a lost a customer due to this negligence. Continuation-It’s bad enough that I placed an order in 3/27/25 order number 00914288 and today is 7/3/25 and I am just now getting a partial order! Took my money and refuse to respond to my emails nor did they even ship my items I ordered. It’s been a whole month.
