Lynn was incredible! She guided me through the experience with calm and respectful etiquette, and her massage skills are superb! I visited nearly 3 months post pardum, and I feel SO much better! Alex is truly amazing!!! I have had a lot of massages over the years and I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Alex hit all of the spots I mentioned before the massage and really focused on them and it felt amazing. It was very relaxing and you can just feel and sense that Alex genuinely cares and wants you to have the best, most relaxing massage and wants you to feel your best. Alex is a highly skilled and knowledgeable therapist. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, and the therapist made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She is well-versed in medical message which makes her massages that much better and also relaxing. She’s effective addressing my soreness and even relieving my headaches. The communication was superb, adjusting the pressure and technique to my preferences. The additional techniques like hot stones and cupping enhanced the session. MBody Massage is the spa that I wish I had in my town!
