I have been going to MBGlam nails for years with my daughter. Just recently I called them in the morning (10:37am) to book a gel manicure appointment for 4:30pm. When I got there I was told that I had no appointment. I showed them that I called and they verified that the number I called was correct, yet they would not accommodate me, regardless. That I could come in the next day or book for 2 hours later. I booked it for 4:30pm for a reason and could not make at any other time. After I left I called again twice and at one point asked to speak to the owner, regardless of the fact that I had been going there for years or that I was able to show I called them earlier to make an appointment, they would not accommodate me. All the owner was able to say, it was the girl from the morning. Honestl

I have come in for a pedicure various times. I have received good service. The place is clean and the ladies do a good job. I’d recommend this business. The owner is accommodating and prices are economical. My pedicures are always well done.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I’m giving 2 stars only because I genuinely liked the place—it had a relaxing atmosphere, and I felt comfortable during my visit. The pedicure was actually fine, and I have no complaints about it. However, the manicure was a different story. I didn’t notice right away because I was so relaxed, but once I looked closely, I was really disappointed. My nails are uneven, and my only request—to clean my cuticles—was completely overlooked. It looked like the technician pretended to do it, as all the excess skin was still there. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was how payment was handled. Right after finishing the pedicure and before starting the manicure, she suddenly said, “You have to pay first.” I w

Been going to them for over a year now and are surprised by some of the negative comments. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. Very friendly and professional and people notice how nice my nails look. I would recommend.

Excellent work, I love the way customers are treated, It's like feeling at home. The attention is first class and the girls are very good at what they do. Eliza and Isabel are very charismatic. I recommend it 100%.
